Verdon Parc

Verdon Parc Condominium is a residential condominium complex along Ecoland Drive in Davao City. It is a project of one of the country’s leading real estate developers, DMCI-UPDI. It is comprised of four towers, all erected in three hectares, plus an additional hectare for the residential amenities of the whole complex.

Residential units come with either one or two bedrooms.  One bedroom dwellings can either be an inner unit, or an outer one, and measurement ranges from 28 square meters to 31 square meters. Two bedroom units can meanwhile be an inner or end unit, with minimum size of 48-square meters, or can be as huge as 72 square meters. Some units also come with either a utility room or a balcony.

Each unit is furnished with ceramic floor tiles for the living, kitchen, dining, as well as toilets and baths. Tiling for bedrooms are wood plank vinyl style. It also has provision for window-type and Split-Type Air Conditioning systems, and are all cable TV ready, with exclusive land phone and internet provider, PLDT. All units also have heat and smoke detectors, plus automated fire sprinklers.

Verdon ParcAll kitchens have a granite counter top and a stainless kitchen sink, with a lever-type faucet. There is a provision for range hood installation, and there is a modular cabinet available for use. There is a gas tank storage area for some units as well.

As for building features, each building comes with back-up power through gen set with pre-determined load for every unit. There is an automatic Fire Protection Sprinkler System with Fire Alarm per building, and an overhead water tank, plus fire reserve. There are available parking spaces per building, the second floor of which houses a garbage room, and some utility or storage areas for some selected units. Selected units also have roof drying cages. Each building is serviced by two passenger elevators.

All buildings have a centralized mailbox facility. All are secured 24/7 by security guards and strategically located CCTV cameras all throughout the complex.

As for outdoor amenities, Verdon Parc has the following:

  • A lap pool, leisure pool, and children’s pool area.
  • A shower area and a pool deck
  • Gazebo, cabanas and picnic huts
  • Children’s Play Ground
  • Open field for older children and teenagers
  • Interactive art and outdoor fitness park
  • Covered badminton and basketball courts
  • Garden promenade that comes with covered foot paths
  • Pocket gardens
  • Drop off lobby area for guests and residents
  • Car washing stations

The Main clubhouse meantime has the following residential amenities:

  • A Concierge and Lobby Lounge Area
  • A Multi-purpose Hall for residents
  • WIFI Access
  • Function Room available for resident’s private functions
  • Fitness Gym and Multi-Purpose Fitness Room  
  • Game Room  
  • Concessionaire Shops

The clubhouse also houses the property management office and the Security and Maintenance Room for the whole condominium complex.
