Building features meanwhile include two passenger elevators, one service elevator, a fire protection system, fiber-optic cabling, a Genset Facility, light and air ventilation, and a garbage chute. Two levels have also been allotted as car park floors for the exclusive use of residents.

Location wise, it is near SM City Davao, plus schools, hospitals, and other government offices. It is developed by homegrown real estate development company, Escandor Development Corporation, and is part of the seven-hectare development that is Matina Enclaves.
